Kristen's journey to real estate success was ignited by a strategic decision to follow a proven playbook. Inspired by Jennie's guidance, she transformed her business in the Chicagoland area. "It was like mirroring my business and then implementing it at a high level," she shares.

Kristen emphasizes the importance of focus and determination. "I think the biggest mistake agents make is that we were secret agents at the beginning," she says. "We need to step into our greatness and share our value with the community."

"I look at the life that we've built right now and I think that, I mean, I even call my lead generation time making connections," she shares. Kristen candidly discusses the challenges she faced and how she overcame them. "I used to look at the production sheet in my office and it would come out every month," she admits. "I spent more time looking at that wall of what the production was for those people. And finally, I thought, you know what? I don't know why they want to hit that number."

By shifting her focus to her own goals and surrounding herself with supportive people, Kristen achieved remarkable growth. "I'm now in the top 10 in our office," she proudly shares.

A key factor in Kristen's success is her commitment to personal growth and accountability. She emphasizes the importance of having a coach. "He challenges me to make sure that I'm adding one qualified lead to my pipeline every single day and or setting an appointment," she explains.

Building a Business That Reflects You

Kristen's business is a reflection of her personality and values. She focuses on building strong relationships, providing exceptional service, and giving back to the community. "I look at open houses now, I see agents that get to a certain level of their business and then they stop doing open houses. I'm like, why?" she questions.

Kristen’s Daily Routine for Success:

  • Lead Generation Time: 30 minutes of prep, two hours of making connections, and 30 minutes of data bank follow-up.

  • The One Qualified Lead Goal: Aim to add one qualified lead to the pipeline or set one appointment daily.

  • Pipeline Management: Regularly review and update your pipeline to track progress and opportunities.
